SUPERSTAY 24® Liquid Lipstick

Please have color names and color numbers together on the tubes and on the websites. The lack of this info makes finding what customers are trying to locate unnecessarily difficult and time consuming; judging from reviews, I'm not the only one. Of the colors that you've kept, one I have habitually bought is now MUCH darker making it no longer useable for me. Better for long-time loyal customers is to keep the original and make the new "improved" version with a different name and number. All my personal favorites are discontinued, and the suggested replacement colors are not as similar as the marketing department suggests. I resent the expensive box of rejected colors I've been forced to try. Judging from the reviews, I'm not the only one unhappy; and few people bother to contact you. Likely, those who take the time to write or call represent many more. Shade matters. Long-time customers are long term because they are happy with the product; change the product and it changes the choices as you're surely well aware. Even people who habitually shop their favorite store/vendor/manufacturer will at a minimum check out other options beyond the original source. Why not continue the shades that so many of your long-time loyal customers are unhappy to loose?? The unnecessary intentional loss has foolishly created GREAT opportunities for your competitors (Chanel, CoverGirl, Revlon, Stila, and numerous other excellent product vendors) as you purposely DRIVE AWAY your long-time loyal customers. In what way is this company decision beneficial to Maybelline or to your long-time customers? Yes, young people are entering the cosmetic shopping fray and certainly can make up for the loss of your exiting long-time customers; but why not capitalize on having BOTH markets? Especially because in today's world you can easily offer buying directly rather than relying upon big box stores with limited space. People experimenting like to shop in person; everyone else likes to just get what they want/need easily. Even your newest young customers will eventually settle upon favorites and prefer to just order it. When that becomes impossible, you've lost your potential reliable future long-time loyal customers. Is no other cosmetic company doing this? Great, you'll be ahead of the losers with generations of loyal customers. (other forward thinking industries are doing this, why not you)

I love this lipstain! It's my favorite- It doesn't last 24 hrs on me- maybe 4-6 depending on if I eat. That makes it come off quicker. PLEASE BRING BACK COPPER GLISTEN!! It's the best color I have found- please redo that one!!

Where is color 145?! I wear it all fall and it's gone, and there's no close alternative!! I'm going to have to go to a different company. Bring it back!! Please!!

I like the longevity and it does not have to be reapplied. It stays through having dinner. Although I love firmly mauve 245 & I can’t find it. It’s comfortable too.

Bring back Firmly mauve already!!!! I tried frosted mauve and it was horrible. I've look at plenty of other reviews saying the same thing, that firmly mauve should be put back in stock.

I love how it lasts and I don’t have to reapply. My favorite color is #080. I love that it does not transfer and quickly dries.

I tried this lipstick because the super stay matte ink has changed, so wanted to try something else. Within an hour the lipstick was gone. And was crumbling.
