I've been using this mascara for as long as I can remember. I loved everything about it and would constantly recommend it to people. Unfortunately, it looks like I will have to find a new favorite because it now transfers to my eyelids throughout the day. After reading other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one having this problem now. I'm assuming the formula has changed. This makes me so sad!

PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORMULA! I just got this and have been a dedicated customer since 2016! This last time, the mascara smudges all over my bottom lids throughout the day and is so hard to take off when it used to come off in tubes which was amazing! I am so sad and disappointed and now want to start looking elsewhere.

My holy grail mascara… if it came in true brown. EVERYONE wants brown mascara these days, and Maybline makes the sky high in a true brown, so why not this one? I can’t use the sky high, and there’s nothing brown I can find with a comparable wand that’s not waterproof. PLEASE make this in a true brown!

I used this mascara for over 10 years and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, the formula has changed. It now smudges onto my upper eyelids throughout the day, which never happened before, and it’s much harder to wash off with water. I’m so disappointed they changed such a great product. Now I have to find a new favorite mascara after more than a decade.

This mascara separates lashes nicely and gives volume. Sadly, my eyes became watery after use it didn’t work well for my sensitive eyes. I will try the waterproof one next time.

I've used this mascara for over 5 years. You guys changed the formula. It dries out so fast. Sometimes it's already dry as soon as I open it. Also, it smudges under my eyes now which it never did before. So frustrating. Why did you change it?!

This was my HG almost from the moment it hit the market. But the last two tubes I've used have dried out considerably within the first two weeks of purchase. This results in clumps and flakes I never experienced before.
I never use waterproof mascara, and one favorite things about this product was that it didn't run or smudge, even after swimming. Whatever this new formula is now makes it nearly impossible to take off using the same makeup removers I've always used.
What happened?? :(

I always had beautiful natural long lashes growing up but as I age they are getting lighter and lighter. They are still naturally long but without a good mascara they are translucent almost. However if you like thicker lashes you can layer really nicely to get that effect. I love the wand as well because it applies so evenly and this is my fave mascara at the moment I 100% recommend!!!
